All Delta Scissors are hardened in batches of 300 then individually hand finished and sharpened.

The highest quality alloys can take 9 hours to complete the hardening cycle. Our scissors emerge in perfect condition without twisting, distortion, variation or carbon migration. This process maximises secondary carbides which adds edge strength and wear resistance while reducing brittleness and optimising hardness.
